Due to the nature of personal fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles/tins for hygiene reasons.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken spray mechanism, melted solid), we will replace it free of charge immediately.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect.
